Lite Fast 3010-M is a UV cure coating that was specifically developed for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), hybrid and integrated circuits to be used for military application. Its low viscosity enables the UV resin to flow between and under the components to provide an excellent clear protective coating.
A fluorescent tracer identifies any flaws on the board when put under black light.
For rework, the UV coating may be removed with Lite Fast 203, a water-soluble product.
Fast UV cures, high product quality and low material costs, will result in over-all reduced manufacturing costs.
