Lite Fast 3011 is a low viscosity, translucent UV coating material for hybrid electronics, integrated circuits, micro-circuits, networks and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). Low viscosity enables the UV coating to flow between and under the surface mounted and thru-hole components.

The clear UV coating provides a protective barrier coating and will withstand high humidity and high temperature environments.

A fluorescent tracer identifies any flaws on the board when put under black light.

For rework, the UV coating is removed with Lite Fast 203, a water-soluable product.

Fast UV cure, high product quality and low material costs will result in reduced over-all manufacturing costs.
