Lite Fast 3040 is a one-component UV cure coating developed for the dip coating of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) as well as hybrid and integrated circuits, for a variety of applications. The UV coating flows between and under the components to provide an excellent protective layer to various substrates.
The clear UV coating material provides a protective barrier with cohesive bond strength and exhibits resistance to chemical environments. The clear UV coating provides a protective barrier to the substrate and will meet UL approval.
This UV encapsulant will withstand high humidity and high temperature environments without degradation of physical properties.
UV cure is achieved within seconds after application of UV light.
A fluorescent tracer identifies any flaws on the board when put under black light.
