Lite Fast 3751 is a low viscosity, UV coating material designed for use on optical discs; CD, CR-R and DVD. The UV coating provides a thin layer to the optical disks to protect them from abrasion or corrosion and improve overall manufacturing productivity.
Low viscosity enables Lite Fast 3751 to be applied by the spin coat method. Ideally, the spin rate is 2000-5000 rpm, and spin time is from 0.5 to 3 seconds.
Cure is achieved within seconds after application of UV light. After cure, Lite Fast 3751 is a solid, translucent material.
