Lite Fast A-1000 is a UV cure adhesive that has excellent adhesion to Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), ceramics and silicon dioxide substrates.
As a UV adhesive, Lite Fast A-1000 cures in seconds after exposure to ultraviolet light. A solvent free, worker friendly UV adhesive that forms high strength bonds to plastic, glass and other substrates including polycarbonate, phenolic, PVC, acrylic, metal and ceramic. This UV adhesive has a low glass transition temperature that allows it to bond to so many different substrates; it is an exceptional adhesive for bonding dissimilar materials and for gap filling across many voids and spaces between uneven joints.
This adhesive system is applied by dispense or the roll coat method and cures within seconds after application of UV light.
