Lite Fast A-1005 is a high temperature UV adhesive that is used for glass to glass bonding. This adhesive is utilized in the manufacture of endoscopes, fiber cable, glass plates, governmental lenses and optical fibers.
Application of the UV adhesive is performed by dispensing onto the product. Lenses are stacked one on top of the other with the adhesive between each surface. The UV process is applied after each lens is added.
For optical fiber application, the adhesive is dispensed between the fiber optic bundles and then UV cured.
