Lite Fast A-1009 has excellent adhesion to Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), ceramics and ICs. Other applications include adhesion to many plastics and a broad range of metals, including gold, silver, palladium and platinum.
Application of this UV adhesive system is performed by dispensing, screen-printing, or roll coating.
Low chloride ion content (<1 ppb) assures continual integrity and non-contamination of the surface mounted components.
