Formulated for wire bonding and screw attachment, this unique thixotropic UV adhesive allows for precise placement capability. A rapid cure within seconds after application of UV light guarantees that placement.
This UV adhesive exhibits excellent adhesion and high cure strength to a diverse range of substrates such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), ceramics, ICs and many plastics.
Low chloride ion content (<1 ppb) assures continual integrity and non-contamination of the surface mounted components.
