Therm Cure 4000 is a one component, high performance electronic adhesive. The material operates at high temperatures and guarantees excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates.
The adhesive will endure temperatures up to 175° C continuous operation and has no outgassing properties. Cure is achieved at very low temperatures, as low as 85° C (see Specifications).
As a high temperature adhesive, Therm Cure 4000 features excellent chemical, heat and moisture resistance.
