Therm Cure 4010 medical adhesive exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates including many plastics, metals, ceramics and glass. This medical adhesive is used to withstand autoclave applications and will endure temperatures up to 175° C continuous operation.
Therm Cure 4010 is a one component medical adhesive with a long pot life at room temperature and cures rapidly at elevated temperature. It is also used as a medical coating where resistance to flow at elevated temperatures before cure is required.
Therm Cure 4010 medical adhesive is applied by dispensing or screen printing and does not need any mixing or degassing before use. Its surface tension is 25 dynes/cm.
