Lite Fast A-1008 is a one component UV standoff adhesive for glass to glass bonding and for many transparent plastics transmitting light in the UV spectrum.
This UV standoff adhesive exhibits excellent adhesion to glass and many plastics. The Lite Fast A-1008 UV standoff adhesive comes in many standoff heights ranging from 0.0015-0.023 in.
Application of this one component UV standoff adhesive system is performed by the dispense or screen print method.
The UV standoff adhesive is cured with UV light, either a spot cure for small areas or a 200w/in. mercury vapor lamp for larger areas. For large areas, an LED lamp is used, that has over 20,000 to 25,000 hours of bulb life.
