Lite Fast A-1010 is a UV standoff adhesive for liquid crystal display (LCD) cells that are designed to give various standoff heights covering the broad range of 0.0015 – 0.023 inch. The different grades of the UV adhesive are in 0.002 inch increments.
This UV adhesive cures within seconds after exposure to ultraviolet light. As an epoxy based UV LCD laminating adhesive, complete cure is realized with 24 hours after UV exposure.
Lite Fast A-1010 UV adhesive is chemically resistant to the contents of the liquid crystal cell. And after UV cure, this UV adhesive forms a hermetically sealed cell. No heat cure is necessary to finalize the polymerization process.
The UV adhesive provides fast, clear, bubble-free laminates to any glass surface LCD.
