Lite Fast SR-1010 is a UV Solder Mask designed as a screen printable, high solids, epoxy based resin. It is a one component UV solder mask packaged 'ready to use' with no 'catalyzed' pot life restrictions.
The UV solder mask will accept legend inks and conformal coatings for parts that are placed on printed circuit boards. There are a number of UV solder masks for this particular resin system.
The material's TCE will decide which product the customer will use. Lite Fast SR-1010 is manufactured in a wide range of viscosities from 20,000 to 60,000 cps. The higher viscosity will support the lower TCE.
Lite Fast SR-1010 UV solder mask has excellent adhesion to various substrates without affecting the substrates performance. The UV solder mask exhibits excellent humidity resistance at high temperature as well.
