Therm Cure 4040 resin system is a high temperature adhesive or encapsulant designed to adhere to a variety of metals, metal oxides, ceramics, glasses, plastics, chip resistors and electronic components. The adhesive is also used as a medical coating for resistors, diodes and conductive traces or as a landing pad for such devices.
As an adhesive, coating or encapsulant, Therm Cure 4040 is an acoustic transmitter that transmits both low and ultra high frequency vibrations.
This unique moisture resistant autoclavable adhesive system has excellent physical, thermal and electrical insulation properties. The material has a surface tension of 25 dynes/cm.
