This unique UV adhesive will cure within seconds after application of UV light and does not yellow after application of UV or visible light.

Lite Fast A-1002 has excellent adhesion to styrene, polybutadiene, K-resins, polyesters, polycarbonates and polyvinylchloride.  These plastics adhere to other materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, alunima and various ceramics.

Application of this medical adhesive system is performed by dispensing, or spraying.

Lite Fast A-1002 is a one component UV system that cures within seconds of exposure to a low intensity UV lamp (spot cure).  The lamp has a peak wavelength intensity from 200 to 400nm. 

Lite Fast A-1002 meets USP Class VI testing with extraction at 37°C for 72 hours. Independent laboratories that are AALAC accredited and are registered with the FDA, EPA and USDA performed testing.  The material is flexible and passes a minimum of 1000 cycles of Sporox, Steris and peracetic acid testing.
