Lite Fast™ A-1004

Lite Fast A-1004 is one component UV Class VI Medical Grade adhesive that will cure within seconds after application of UV light.

This unique one component, optically clear, UV system exhibits excellent adhesion to styrene, polybutadiene, K-resins, polyesters, polycarbonates, thermoplastics, ABS thermoset plastics and phenolics.  Lite Fast A-1004 will adhere these plastics to other materials such as glass, aluminum, aluminum oxide, ceramics, steel, copper and other materials.  

Rapid UV cure of this medical adhesive is exhibited when exposed to high intensity UV light.  With this activation, a tough, permanent bond is formed.

Lite Fast A-1004 UV medical adhesive is a 100% solid system that requires no mixing and is applied with standard dispensing equipment.  

MLT will incorporate a fluorescing dye to aid in post cure inspection.  Lite Fast A-1004 UV medical adhesive is a biocompatible polymer useful in many medical applications.
